Terms of Service Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms :
By downloading, installing, or using DockClickMinimizer (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App :
DockClickMinimizer is a macOS utility that enhances Dock interactions by allowing users to minimize and restore application windows via Dock icon clicks using macOS accessibility features.
3. License Grant :
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial use on devices you own or control.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as expressly permitted
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes .
4. Accessibility Permissions :
The App requires macOS Accessibility permissions to function correctly. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge:
The App can observe user input events (e.g., mouse clicks)
The App interacts with system-level UI elements (e.g., application windows)
DockClickMinimizer does not collect, store, or transmit personal data or user activity outside your local device.
5. Privacy :
DockClickMinimizer operates entirely on-device and does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data.
Any diagnostic logs generated (e.g., local log files) remain on your device and are not transmitted externally.
6. Payments and Refunds :
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers
Unless otherwise stated, purchases are one-time payments
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the seller, subject to applicable laws
7. Updates and Changes :
We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties :
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Reliability or uninterrupted operation
Compatibility with all macOS versions or applications.
9. Limitation of Liability :
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DockClickMinimizer and its developer shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, productivity, or system functionality
Issues arising from macOS updates or third-party application behavior
10. Termination :
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
